SHIPPING-

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Due to the handmade nature of RSV products, items can take up to 7-10 business days to ship.  Once completed, your package will be shipped via USPS First Class and should arrive within 3-5 business days. A notification email will be sent when your package has been shipped.

Once a package is marked as delivered, RSV is not responsible for replacement if it is stolen or goes missing. If you are concerned about the security of your delivery, please add insurance to your package at checkout.

Rock Salt Vintage is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen while in transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to the handmade nature of RSV products, items can take up to 7-10 business days to ship.  Packages are shipped via USPS International First Class* and can take 2 weeks for delivery, but may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on how long a package is held in customs. RSV is unable to track a package, predict how long it may take for the package to arrive, and is not responsible for a package taking longer than the USPS estimated delivery time. Packages will be sent as merchandise and labeled at the appropriate price, no exceptions.

***Please note that international shipments may be subject to import tax upon arrival which the customer is fully responsible for paying. Please be informed of any import taxes for your country before purchase. Rock Salt Vintage is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen while in transit.

EXCHANGES

Since each item is crafted by hand, I cannot accept returns. A store credit or exchange may be issued if a piece doesn’t work out for you. Final sale, sale, and custom orders are excluded. Please email me at rocksaltvintage@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving.
